I produced a dark-plate valve temperature rating for the API Spec 6A of the L, P, R, S, T, U type, on request to provide up to 350 ℉ or 650 ℉ the use of high-temperature environment of the ram Valve. Can provide the API Spec6A norms refractory gate valve. I am the gate valve to the pressure-level 2000,3000,5000,10000,15000 psi. Materials level for the API 6A AA-FF, product specification-level PSL1-3, performance levels for PR1.
Valves are characterized with following:

Simple struture,easy to change between gate plate and valve seat

Complete gate plate can be used in double direction to extend life
●
Push bearing has large load capacity with rubber&plastic complex valves lever fillers to minimize torsion
●
Bearing seat is furnished with lubricated oil nozzle to fill cream on spot easily
●
Thread valves lever pressing cover allow to change bearing under pressed disc
●
New grooved sealed ring is used between valve body and cover with nuts connection
●
Special hard alloy metals are sprayed on surface of gate plate and seat to have good wear and anti-corrosion
●
Wave spring is furnished between body and seat,to keep good metal sealing between plate and seat at low press
●Ram full-floating design, the valve opening, clearance operations should be in place after the rotating 1 / 4 laps
